Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

  • During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, selected shipping method, and total order weight/size.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, and holidays may increase transit times.

Estimated Delivery Guidelines (Within Canada):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Local Delivery or Pickup (If Offered): Based on availability

International shipping timelines vary by destination and customs processing.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • A shipping confirmation

  • Your tracking number (if applicable)

  • A link to track your package

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Stache Guard is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages lost due to inaccurate shipping information

  • Reshipping fees incurred from returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be required to pay additional postage for reshipment.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Stache Guard is no longer responsible for delivery issues outside our control.

However, we will assist customers in the following ways:

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates the package is lost, contact us at support@stacheguard.ca.
We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but the package is not found, customers must file a report with the carrier or local authorities.
Stache Guard cannot replace or refund stolen packages, but may offer support at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review and provide a resolution, which may include replacement or refund.


6. International Shipping

Stache Guard ships internationally where available.
International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Additional processing charges

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may delay delivery beyond estimated timelines.


7. Order Tracking Issues

If your tracking number is not updating or showing incorrect information:

  1. Verify the tracking number was entered correctly.

  2. Allow up to 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for the most accurate updates.

  4. If issues persist, contact us and we will assist where possible.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order enters processing, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.
If you need to request a change, contact us immediately. Approval is not guaranteed.


9. Local Pickup (If Offered)

If Stache Guard offers local pickup in the future:

  • Customers will be notified via email when their order is ready for pickup.

  • Pickup must occur at the designated location and within stated hours.

  • Valid ID and order confirmation may be required.
