1. General Policy
Due to the personal, cosmetic, and hygiene-related nature of our grooming products, Stache Guard Grooming Co. maintains a strict “All Sales Final” policy.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of the handcrafted grooming products we provide.
2. Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, Stache Guard will provide replacements or refunds only under the following conditions:
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

The product arrived damaged;

The product is defective in a way that affects usability;

You received the incorrect item in your shipment.
To qualify, the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
3. Requesting a Replacement or Refund
If your order meets the criteria above, you must provide:

Your full name and order number;
-
A detailed description of the issue;
-
Clear photographic evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item;

Original packaging, if applicable.

Failure to provide photos or sufficient documentation may delay or invalidate the claim.
4. Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim:

We will review the information within 3–5 business days.

Approved claims will result in one of the following, at our sole discretion:

A replacement product shipped at no additional cost;

A refund to the original payment method;
-
Store credit (if preferred by the customer).

If the issue cannot be verified based on evidence provided, Stache Guard may deny the claim.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used grooming products;
-
Any product where the tamper seal or packaging is compromised;

Products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers;
-
Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted items;
-
Custom or limited-edition orders.
6. Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
Stache Guard is not responsible for:

Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer;

Delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier;
-
Unclaimed packages or failed delivery attempts.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend the order.
7. Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
For this reason:

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@stacheguard.ca.

Cancellation is not guaranteed and will only be approved if the order has not yet entered processing or shipping stages.
8. Exchanges
Because grooming and cosmetic products cannot be resold after leaving our facility, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind;

Dissatisfaction with scent preference;

Purchasing the wrong style, quantity, or product.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
9. Refund Method
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only;

Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution (typically 3–10 business days);

Stache Guard is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
